Deliveries and returns policy

Deliveries

We ship worldwide. The delivery costs are listed below.

The delivery is complementary for any purchase over 800 euros.

Returns

If you are not pleased with your purshase, you may return it up to fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of your order. The return is at your expense.

The product must be returned  in perfect conditions: new and unworn, with its original packaging and accessories (boxes, packaging, tags, booklets, etc.), and accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Worn, used, altered or damaged items will be refused.

Please note that, personalized or bespoke products cannot be returned.

Christophe Fenwick reserves the right to refuse at its discretion any returned items that do not meet the conditions defined above.

To proceed with your return:

1. Contact us by email to let us know about your return. Please specify if you wish to be refund or if you would like to proceed with an exchange. In this case, note clearly the new article you wish to order (name, color, size and price).

You can ask for a refund or an exchange.

You wish to exchange your product:

The exchange may require a new order to our manufacturer and therefore take 4 to 5 weeks. The return of the product to our showroom is under your charge. The delivery of the new item is at our expense.

You wish a refund :

The return of the product to our showroom is under your charge. The refund takes into account the price of the product but does not include the initial shipping costs of your purchase. The refund will be issued as soon as possible after receiving your item, through the method you used for the original purchase (credit card, PayPal, check or wire transfer), and in the same currency.
